Big Boy!!!

Cohen is such a big boy now. He has finally figured out how to roll over from his back to his belly. The only problem now is he can't remember how to roll from his belly to his back! Our little boy gets so frustrated when he gets on his belly. It is funny to watch him try to figure it out. About a week ago, we took out his bumper pad after we caught him sleeping with his face stuffed in the bumper every night. We thought this would be a great idea, but it introduced us to a new problem. Now that Cohen can roll over, he is everywhere. Last night Tyler walked in his room to check on him and discovered Cohen up against the side of the crib. He was about to adjust him when Cohen flipped his head back and hit the crib hard. I told Tyler I don't want him hitting his head in the crib so we put the bumper back in. Hopefully this will help! Here are a couple pictures of a sweet baby boy before the BYU Football game last week. I think the outfit was bad luck.

Wedding

Tyler's cousin Chuck got married last weekend. It was a wonderful wedding and we couldn't be happier for Chuck and Carli. They are so cute together. The reception was help in Wyoming so we decided to spend the weekend in Park City. It was a little cooler than the last time we were there, but that didn't stop us from shopping the outlet sales.

Welcom Home Tyler

This past week my little brother Tyler came home from his mission. He has been serving in Argentina the last two years and is finally here. I was so excited for Cohen to meet his uncle. We dressed him in the cutest little outfit (that he of course poops out of a few hours later!) and fed him right before Tyler was scheduled to arrive. About 15 minutes before he came, Cohen decided he was tuckered out and fell asleep. Fortunately, he was able to meet Tyler not too long after that. We are so happy Tyler is home. My brother Jason and his wife Kellie will be coming this next week. It will be so fun to see all my family together for the first time in 2 years.

Rice Cereal and Teething Already?

I have been giving Cohen rice cereal for over a week now. He didn't seem to care for it too much. I couldn't decide if it was the time of day I was feeding him or what. My sister had said she would put a dash of sugar into it to give it flavor and my friend said she would mix it with some fruit baby food. I haven't started him on anything besides the rice cereal so I tried a dash of sugar. I can't believe the difference in the way he ate it. He down it! There wasn't a ton of rice cereal for him to eat because I usually throw most of it away. I am pretty sure he would have ate more though. Tyler claims I must have put more than a dash in, but I didn't. Hopefully, he will continue to like rice cereal. I am excited to buy different foods to see what he likes. Any suggestions on what to try next?

Cohen's first day of rice cereal.

Cohen's second week of rice cereal. He is so messy! I think he was getting mad at me because I couldn't get the spoon in his mouth fast enough. His solution was to take the spoon from me and feed himself.

Cohen has not been himself lately. Sometimes he gets so fussy and I have been wondering if he is teething. He is over four months now. Does that seem early to be teething? Hopefully whatever is making him unhappy will stop soon. I miss my happy baby boy!
These are some of his happy pictures. Tyler had just came home from work and Cohen's belly was full from dinner.
